To meet the growing demands of the studio, Lemoore College hired student workers to support content creation, video production, and social media content. The West Hills Community College District Marketing Department coordinates video shoots, manages the student team, edits content, and distributes the final products鈥攅nsuring a professional and polished outcome.

Faculty and staff have also embraced the studio鈥檚 creative potential. Psychology instructor Allen Fortune is currently developing a new podcast series on artificial intelligence, set to launch this summer. Umoja Pathway Navigator Typhanie Daniel created a video series to celebrate Black History Month, while Communications instructor Rene Paredes produced a faculty spotlight series for Women鈥檚 History Month. These projects highlight how the studio is becoming a space for both instruction and inspiration.
Looking ahead, the focus for fall will include encouraging even more faculty to use the studio to develop content for their courses鈥攑articularly Open Educational Resources (OER). The podcast studio offers a new, accessible avenue for creating high-quality instructional materials tailored to the needs of Lemoore College students.
